Can I receive program on CD (DVD) disk?
Yes, we offer EMS worldwide shipping for additional fee.
EMS delivery cost additional 40$ (shipment time 5-7 week days)
Note: cost of delivery EMS is fixed and does not depend on the amount of ordered programs.

I also want to be clear that all your software for the Mac platform?
No, all our software for PC (Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7) platfrom,
software for Mac is labeled ("for MAC").

Are all these software products for the Windows operating system?
Yes all our software are tested and 100% work on Windows XP operating system. We do guarantee that all programs are the 100% full working versions !

Do you carry this title for Macintosh?
Go to "Apple" Category, and you see programs for Macintosh
almost all other programs are for Windows.

I made payment for my order 12 hours ago, but I didn't receive any link to download.
Sorry, sometimes we need up to 24 hours to confirm your payments from our billing company, but usually it takes 2-3 hours.

Is your software full version?
We guarantee that all our programs are the 100% full working versions. We do not sell student versions.

If I purchase any software from your site will I be able to get any updates?
Use contact page or a reply from us, which has information that you actually purchase the software from us.

How long will shipping take?
We ship by international airmail for additional payment. But if in description of software is "delivery cost included" - it means that EMS delivery cost is included. The time of delivery depends on your location. Usually it takes 5-7 days

What do I get when I order something from you?
You will receive the CD(s) or DVD(s) with the software in jewel case and labels or RAR (use WinRAR - ? to unpack) archive if download from HTTP. We can provide MD5 sums - ? for downloaded files (use MD5check utility - can be downloaded here). You will also receive the activation key, serial number or cd key necessary to activate the software so it work. Note, that you will not be able to register the software with the manufacturer and get their support, but we will do our best to support you any way possible. This includes providing different updates and service packs. However some updates will still be available from manufacturers, in fact most of them.

Where is the serial number?
Read "readme.txt" or "how_to_install.txt" or "install.txt" or "serial.txt".

I've downloaded my order and have one rar (zip) file, what is this?
It is rar (zip) archive - extract it, and read text file "readme.txt" or "install.txt" or "how_to_install.txt" or "serial.txt" where you will find step by step instructions about how to install and register your program

I can't to extract downloaded file, I see CRC errors.
You have downloaded your package with errors. Please, download again and use "Free Download Manager" for download programs - it is free!
